As a former Global HRBP, I have successfully managed teams and operations across India, APAC, UK, US, and Poland, driving impactful HR strategies aligned with business growth. I bring deep expertise in establishing and scaling GCCs in Bangalore, along with a proven track record of building and developing strong leadership teams. My core strengths include HR transformation, creating effective hire-to-retire processes, and fostering engaging work environments that motivate employees at every level—from ground staff to global executives.
